Nets, lines and hooks
A large rock located in Cabo São Vicente Point. Given the technical demands, good sea conditions are essential for diving in this site.
Divers should swim against the current. It is possible to cross from the islet to the Cape, however you should bear in mind the strong current in this zone, which may cause progress very difficult.
On the outside of the rock it is common to find various different species, some very large, and sometimes, with a little luck, you can see hammerhead sharks, jacks, and other large pelagics. Close to the Cabo wall, divers should take care to avoid fishing lines and hooks.
Due to the technical difficulty of this site the use of surface marker buoys is required to signal the divers ascent.
